Who We Are

Eric Brown

Eric Brown is the CEO of JE Brown Electric.  Eric has over 30 years of experience in the electrical field.  Eric is a graduate of Beech Grove High School and a 1983 graduate of the IBEW Local 481 Apprenticeship program.  Eric has completed numerous post graduate classes thru the IBEW continuing education program.  Eric also teaches IBEW Local 481 Apprenticeship classes and journeyman continuing education classes.   Eric is a graduate of the University of Tennessee IBEW teacher program.  Eric is OSHA 20 certified.  Eric is also a certified BICI technician and has his Master Electrical License. Eric holds a CDL license and is our bucket truck technician.

Brian McElroy is the Vice President of Operations of JE Brown Electric.  Brian is a graduate of Decatur High School.  Brian has over 25 years of experience in the electrical field.  Brain has a vast knowledge of industrial controls and troubleshooting.  He is certified in confined space, asbestos awareness.

Jacki Brown

Jacki Brown is the President and Office Manager of JE Brown Electric.  Jacki is a graduate of Beech Grove High School . Jacki has over 15 years of office management skills and most recently was the director/administrator of two multi-million dollar programs for the Indiana Horse Racing Commission.  Jacki retired from this position to take over the office management of JE Brown Electric full time.  Jacki also is the Treasurer of the Indiana Horse Council.

Richard Brown is the Vice President of Administration and Treasurer of JE Brown Electric.  Richard is a graduate of Beech Grove High School and has attended Indiana University. Richard has over seven years of human resources management experience and is a veteran of the United States Army.  Richard still serves in the Army National Guard and is on military leave from Old National Bank where he is a Personal Banker.  Richard is certified as a Career Counselor and as an Instructor for the Army.  His military decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal and the Army Commendation Medal.  He is a leader in the local civic and veterans communities, where he serves as a director for several non-profit organizations.
